Before committing to a plan please try out my free online practice below, to get a feel for Lanta Yoga, and my classes. If you enjoy it I would be honoured if you signed up for one of the plans above and continue to practice with me. The first 7 days are free of charge. Currently there are 16 classes in the library and I will keep adding more on a regular basis.
